• Subscriber Identity (KYC): Full name, installation address (Aswapuram / Manuguru), primary phone number, email address, and government-approved Proof of Identity / Address as mandated by DoT.
• Technical Identifiers: Assigned IP addresses, ONT MAC addresses, and Set-top Box Smart Card numbers for network provisioning and signal authorization.
• Payment & Transaction Details: Billing records, transaction reference IDs, and plan validity periods (Credit/Debit card details are securely handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and never stored on our servers).

2 How We Use Your Information

Subscriber data is utilized strictly for legitimate telecom operational purposes:

• Activating, delivering, and managing high-speed optical fiber connectivity and digital cable broadcast feeds.
• Generating electronic invoices, sending plan expiry SMS/WhatsApp reminders, and payment receipts.
• Provisioning third-party OTT subscriptions (such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Aha) tied to your registered mobile number.
• Investigating technical network faults, diagnosing fiber line degradation, and providing 24/7 customer support.

3 Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

Sai Balaji Media Services does not sell, rent, or lease subscriber personal data. Data is shared strictly under the following conditions:

• OTT Platform Partners: Passing your registered mobile number for automated subscription entitlement.
• Regulatory Authorities: Disclosing information when legally required by law enforcement agencies, DoT, TRAI, or court orders under Indian jurisdiction.
• Authorized Field Technicians: Providing installation address and contact details solely for performing on-site fiber splicing, router installation, or service maintenance.

4 Data Security & Retention Standards

We implement industry-grade technical, operational, and physical security measures to protect subscriber records against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All subscriber communications on sbms.in are encrypted with TLS 1.3 SSL protocols.

Subscriber records and session logs are retained in accordance with statutory requirements established by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India.

5 Subscriber Rights & Grievance Redressal

Subscribers possess the right to review their registered contact details, update billing records, or raise privacy-related inquiries with our Data Protection Officer:
