By subscribing to, recharging, or utilizing any services provided by Sai Balaji Media Services (SBMS), you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. These terms comply with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) regulations.
Sai Balaji Media Services (SBMS) operates licensed optical fiber broadband networks, digital cable television distribution systems, and aggregated OTT entertainment services in Telangana, specifically catering to the regions of Aswapuram (Pincode: 507116) and Manuguru (Pincode: 507117), Bhadradri Kothagudem District.
All subscriptions, whether single-service (Fiber Broadband or Cable TV) or 3-in-1 Triple Play Combos, are billed in accordance with the tariff plans published on our official website sbms.in or through authorized local offices.
Speed tiers (e.g. 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps, and 1 Gbps) represent optical line interface rates delivered to the subscriber's Optical Network Terminal (ONT). Wi-Fi speeds on end-user devices may vary depending on device capabilities, distance from router, frequency band (2.4 GHz vs 5 GHz), and structural obstacles.
Hardware provided under rental, security deposit, or promotional schemes (including Optical Fiber Routers, Wi-Fi 6 Routers, Android 4K Set-top Boxes, and Voice Remotes) remains the property of Sai Balaji Media Services unless purchased outright.
Upon disconnection or termination of service, all leased CPE devices must be returned in good working condition to the nearest SBMS branch in Aswapuram or Manuguru. In the event of physical damage or loss, standard replacement fees apply.
Cable TV transmission, channel pricing, and channel packs adhere to TRAI's New Tariff Order (NTO 2.0 / 3.0). SBMS acts as the Multi-System Operator (MSO) / Local Cable Operator (LCO). Broadcasters reserve the right to alter channel feeds, blackout live sports, or revise channel tariffs in accordance with regulatory updates.
OTT subscriptions (e.g. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Aha, etc.) bundled within SBMS plans are provisioned to the subscriber's registered mobile number. Use of individual streaming apps remains governed by the respective terms of service of each OTT content provider.
All prepaid and postpaid recharges must be completed before the plan expiry date to prevent automated service suspension. Quick recharges can be performed online through the SBMS Quick Pay portal using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking, or in person at our local branch offices.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhadradri Kothagudem District, Telangana.
